The previous owner used up all authorization counts and did not write
them back onto the master disk. The dialog means that you will have
to insert the master disk every time you want to start SoundDiver.

You can install the latest version directly. However the installer
will ask for the master disk in order to transfer the authorization
count to the hard disk. If there are no counts left, you will have to
insert the master disk for every SoundDiver session.
You should try to get the authorization count back from the previous owner.
