Thank you, it all becomes clearer by the moment.
My students are designing sounds from scratch, so, would it be best to have
a generic preference (the none setting in preferences dialog box) that they
all use and then just load the 200's bank (what they are doing) from their
library. It means that none of the K2500's sounds are loaded in the memory
manager. If I do use the prefs that store all the device's memory and the
situation you described happens, is there a problem with each student
sending their library (which they of course do each time) and overiding it.
Could this cause crashes when done 10 or 15 times each day?
