You will have to disable ports in SoundDiver. This is done in the file C:WindowsWIN.INI. You will find a section "[SoundDiver JV/XP]" there with lines "MidiIn_...=1" and "MidiOut_...=1". Change all the lines, except all "MidiIn_LB...=1" and "MidiOut_LB...=1" to "...=0".
