In fact, it happens regardless of the state of "Hide value in linear parameters." I think it's a issue between SD 2.1.x and MacOS 8.1. I have never had the desire to upgrade my OS since everything on my system works flawlessly - that is, until the latest round of Emagic updates: Both SoundDiver 2.1.x and WaveBurner 1.1.3 have issues with 8.1. I guess I have to decide whether to upgrade to a more recent OS (and potentially have issues with some of my other, older software - read: just about everything that isn't music/audio related [and some weird stuff that is]) or to stick with older versions of Emagic software....
