All Waldorf adaptations will work (if a bit less safely) by replacing
the checksum byte with "7Fh" which is always accepted as valid
checksum
by the synth.
There seems to be another bug in the 3.1b2: if the adaptation was edited
on SD/Windows, some endian-conversions seem to mess things up. I know
that for instance the bank entry increment value ends up as 256 instead
of 1 in these cases.
