Subject: [SoundDiver] Re: SD with Oberheim Matrix 6R or Matrix1000?
Message #17366
This is a reply to #17365.
I just found a standalone editor for the matrix 1000 and 6R it's freeware too. use google, I think you'll find it pretty easy. I'm going to give this a try. After posting I realized I haven't used my Matrix6r much since switching to OSX and now I remember why... diver just doesn't cut it on OSX. I used diver since v.1 (even going as far as making my own adaptations) and I've tried numerous inconvienent workarounds...like editing in 9, etc. but that just drives me farther from my synths. I like my synths better than I like what diver has become-not very useful- for me it's time to give up on this program. Has anyone here tried the midiquest editors? I just downloaded the demo and it looks as good as the old diver. I'll have to hook it up tomorrow and see if it's worth a purchase. Quel drag.
