Thanks for this info Kelly, but now the it appears that the Matrix 6R can only receive messages, not send (no bank, no patch). It's the reason why the synth isn't scanned in auto modus. I have checked the midi cables and swapped my two Emagic AMT8 interfaces and even tried a second Matrix 6. Without any success ! Four years ago, on Mac OS 9 everything worked fine. If someone has an (peacefully) idea...
