This is a reply to #17226.
Hi, My colleague, who wants to stay with OS9 for certain reasons, has just bought a G4 dual 1 Ghz 'mirror drive door' Mac in immaculate condition, and this is booting from and running OS9 (might be the last G4 that can do this?). Can't comment on application performance because he hasn't installed anything on it yet. OS9 original installer CDs appear from time to time on eBay. Not everyone feels that they have to keep upgrading. If you have the functionality you require to create and work, it's enough!
