Subject: [SoundDiver] input output scanning
Message #17091
hey there 1. is there anyway to customize the input and output for the scanning feature? the immediate problem right now is that my midi device is not appearing in sounddiver (virus), but the midi in and midi out works flawlessly in cubase it seems that sounddiver doesn't realize my current midi device and therefore is listening to the wrong device for midi instructions 2. a separate problem: before when my midi device was appearing in sounddiver, i was only able to perform one way communication (from the computer out to the synth in)... using a midi diagnostics tool, i could see that the synth was sending midi instructions out back to the computer in, however... sounddiver was not doing anything about these instructions therefore, i was not able to appropriately add my synth using the scan feature because it could not find it anyway around this? it seems a lot of people have had these silly related problems, but sadly i have not seen any solutions (been looking for awhile) thanks in advance
