It was announced at the New York Logic Users Group meeting a month or so ago that no development is currently active or likely will continue for SoundDiver OSX in future. There doesn't seem to be money in it according to Apple. I'd pay for it, but ah well... The question was pretty explicitly asked. Was a great meeting btw.
