Hi Paul! It is rather irritating that Audio MIDI Setup and Logic handle the Unitor well and SDb2 doesn't. SDb2 is accessing MIDI over CoreMIDI - so it should accept all interfaces showing up in Audio MIDI Setup. Logic is said to be capable to access the Unitor directly - but Audio MIDI Setup, I don't think... Did you try to add the Unitor in the setup window of SDb2 manually or did you do a scan? Adding manually usually works more reliably - and faster... I remember a discussion on sonikmatter forum that Apple has likely droped a proper support for the serial port with Panther/OS X.3. I think some problems were solved by just installing the Jaguar serial driver under Panther. This may be gossip...
