Hi Achim I will try the loopback test, I have retied the Q over the weekend and still no up-date of the sounds in the Q, what strikes me as really odd is the fact that when I originally installed the Q into my system and SD, I then requested the Factory soundset from the Q and all worked fine, since then however I have up-loaded some Q sounds from a 3rd party on the Waldorf users site and this is when they will not up-date the sounds list within SD, I am wondering if there may be some Global differences between the Factory setup and the 3rd party setup, thanx for your help.
