Subject: [LUG] External STOP command (why twice?)
Message #226381
I'm setting up a CME keyboard that has a transport (Play, Stop, FF, RW, Record) and everything except the STOP button works fine in Logic. I have to hit it twice to have any effect. Somebody told me that m-Audio keyboards also have this problem. So maybe it's not the keyboard's Transport's fault but a problem in Logic? f-erenc szabo, smarty pants Z+E+R+O+B+E+A+T "NOW POWERED BY THE MIRACLE OF THE TRANSISTOR!" <http://home.goodmedia.com/~zerobeat>

This is a reply to #226381.
I'm working with a CME too. The trouble is that the stop and back too zero command in Logic is different from the information CME sends. So: stop pressing stop once = pause, pressing stop twice = back to zero pressing back to zero just does not work All the other buttons and faders are working, they just need some programming. If you need any help: just send me a message.
