Subject: Very Strange Logic 7 Problem
Message #224359
I have a strange problem. When I send a command to logic (play/pause, volume fader up/down, etc...) it takes at least 2-3 seconds to respond in certain song files. I've looked for latency inducing plug-ins and can't find anything out of the ordinary. Could it be that my start up disk is running low (< 1GB)? my audio is recorded on a Glyph firewire drive however. It is also strange because I have other song files with higher track counts, and plug-in use that the problem does not happen in. Decreasing buffer size doesn't work either. Please Help, thanks.

Please Help, thanks. I've noticed the same thing on my set-up (also using a Glyph drive). I just assumed the delay allowed for the disk buffer (cache) to fill up.
