I'd love to know the answer to that, as well. Gary ----- Original Message ----- From: Sean R. Kerns" <bpmusic@...> Hi, I purchased the Logic Audio Platinum 4.0 competitive upgrade, and when I installed the software, I noticed that the CD said "Volume 5, Master CD". I didn't know what that meant, but I didn't worry about it, either. Since then, I've upgraded to 4.1.1 via the updaters at the Emagic site. So far, still so good. Today, I got my backup CD/floppy and manual in the mail (Thanks, Dave S.!), and I see that the CD included this time says "Volume 7, Master CD". Does this mean anything to me, or is it just a later version of the software I originally installed? In other words, has the 4.1.1 I have now via the updaters superseded the software on the Volume 7 disk? Is there anything on the new disk that I need or should install, or am I fine as is?
