According to Native Instrument, the Universal Binary version of their
Kontakt Player 2 (for Intel-based Macs) is now available. (Finally!)

This should now enable the Garritan and many other Kontakt Player
based libraries to work for us MacIntel folks. I plan on trying this
later today. Anyone else try this yet?

Hi,
I have it running on my Mac Pro 2.66. There are some folks, myself
included, who have had and are having authorization issues. If you
have a problem authorizing K2.2, make sure you go to the forum on the
NI site for more info. Now that I have my own account fixed and
finally have the program up and running, it is working great. I
opened a large orchestral score I made using K2 on a G5, and it
played very well. Samples loaded in about a quarter of the time it
took on the G5. So far so good.
