According to Native Instrument, the Universal Binary version of their Kontakt Player 2 (for Intel-based Macs) is now available. (Finally!) http://www.native-instruments.com/index.php?id=intelmac_us This should now enable the Garritan and many other Kontakt Player based libraries to work for us MacIntel folks. I plan on trying this later today. Anyone else try this yet? - Bob Shuster

There are some folks, myself included, who have had and are having authorization issues. If you have a problem authorizing K2.2, make sure you go to the forum on the NI site for more info. Now that I have my own account fixed and finally have the program up and running, it is working great. I opened a large orchestral score I made using K2 on a G5, and it played very well.
