Hi
Yep, I'm a dinosaur - for the 4 years now, I've been using the last
version emagic wrote for Windows, and now the dual core MacBook Pro
has caught my eye as a replacement for my trusty but aging Vaio...
I'm so out of touch - my question is, what's the deal with upgrades
and copy protection? My usb dongle and key was set to work with 6 on
the Mac, but that was before Apple bought them - I'm not even sure
they're using the dongle or some server/machine fingerprint scheme -
any advice?
Thanks in advance - looking forward to joining the 21st century....

Yes, they still use a dongle, and you can upgrade from 6. Check Apple¹s
website for your options.
