Subject: [LUG] New: external controller to volume and pan in Logic
Message #220735
Since there are so many questions about "simply" using a keyboard controller for Logic channels I decided to start a small series of environment macros to help the live performers controlling Logic. The first macro is called "quitolo IN-12". quitolo is the label, IN means INPUT and 12 is just a number. It is ready (still warm) and can be downloaded here: http://ampaire.demoserver.at/quitolo/?id=2 A screenshot and a PDF manual are separately available to get a clue about the thing. The .zip package contains a Logic Pro 7.2.3 file, the manual and a readme file which describes the import of the environment layer. You can also explore the original Logic file. There is everything cabled - just switch to the audio layer, move one of your controller faders and start MIDI learning. Please read about the features in the manual. It is colorful and took me several hours. I hope the language is understandable. It should be English in case that is not clear ;-) Note: If you know absolutely nothing about the environment this macro is not for you. If you know a little bit you'll be ok. Freeware, no guarantee, no regular support. The macro is locked by default, I send unlocked versions on demand. Have fun and tell me what you think and what you would like to see improved. ___ Peter Ostry
