There is no sound from my macbook pro speakers even though my audio/midi
interface is connected. I can record midi with my keyboard but I can't hear
any of it or play it.
Please Help!

If you use an audio interface, you have to connect speaker to it; the
sound will not come out the Macbook's speaker.

Are you trying to play MIDI sounds from Logic¹s MIDI tracks? If so, you
need
a MIDI sound source Logic doesn¹t have built in sounds on those
tracks
even though the icons look like instruments they won¹t make sounds on
their
own.
You need to use an audio instrument track or else a Quicktime Synth. HTH
