When I attempt to launch Logic 7.2.3 I get an message telling me that I can
run the demo or
quit. But, I own Logic Pro 7.2.x (recently upgraded).
If I click "run the demo" Logic runs something and then tells me
I have run out of Demo time
and the application quits.
I just called Apple to find out what's going on and they told me to call
back on Mon to have
the logic team manually reset my dongle. Apparently I need to hold some
special keys at
launch time to bring up some special screen.
Does anyone know of a workaround in the meantime? And, is this a problem
others have
faced?
Thanks for any help or suggestions.
BTW I should note that this is a new replacement dongle for one I lost on a
train recently.

If you have a correct working code, try holding down the command key when
you launch
Logic. I believe this gives you a window to re-enter a code. May help...
