Subject: "Mono/stereo problem!" importing .aif file into Logic Pro
Message #220673
Hello --- So I'm having some difficulties importing an .aif file into Logic Pro -- Logic is telling me there's a "mono/stereo problem!" or "mono/stereo error!" or something of this sort, not loading the file at all. I know the file isn't corrupted, since I can listen to it in Quicktime without any problems. I recorded it in MAXMSP; it's 6 tracks of a live performance with effects (4 tracks dry, 2 tracks processed). My plan was to load it into Logic to do production and to cut sections into individual audio files, as well as to convert it into a more manageable file format (it's over a GB large). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Kevin
