I had the same problem with another disc...got the same error, only another
part #. The disc was bad and I couldn't read the data on 3 different
machines. EW rushed another disc out to me overnight...great service.

They must be aware that they have a problem, because I wrote to them
and they quickly replied that they'll send me another disk. I'm
going to wait until I have time to attempt to install all the disks
to see if another one is bad, and then I'll have them send me
replacements.

Same thing here...tried cleaning it and it worked. Might be worth a shot.

Oh yeah? Jeez, I never thought of that with brand new disks. Yeah,
it might be worth a shot. EW has already said they'll replace the
problem disc. I just haven't had the time to install all of the
discs- might as well see if there's another one that's bad first.
