You can do this with a number of other programs, including Final Cut Studio, Wavelab and Samplitude (both PC only) to name a few ... kind regards Mark

There is an easy way, if you own the "special" Software :-) 1. You need an ENCODER to get a "Stereo"-Stream witch includet all 6 (Ore how much you like...AC3 could be a lover numbers than dts). 2. You have to choose youre destination. There a two possibles (for me) CD - with 44.100 Hz DVD - with 48.000 Hz but don`t forget - you need an CD-Player who can read it!! (decoder must included) and for DVD it is the same - it must read DVD-Audio (it is definitly NOT DVD-Video) 3. Software for a *PC* I found as low budget solution at Surrcode Minnetonka Audio (Google will help here :-) look at CD-Proffesionell dts or at Diskwelder Steel 4. OR, you are proudly owner of Apple Film software, than you are owner of the Tool called A PACK - here is all you need. I hope this helps a little... Greets Frank

I just bought a Macbook pro for mobile MIDI recording. Just too much latency on the PC notebooks. So far I am pleased with the low latency. What program is used on the Mac for processing audio, like Cooledit on the PC? I purchased Logic Express 7.2 and am amazed that they would put out a product with such lousy documentation. I have ordered some tutorials, but it should not be this. Olushola
