Subject: [LUG] Has anyone here got more than 16 Battery channels available in Logic?
Message #219280
I have Battery 2. I have it instantiated as a multi instrument. I have 16 aux channels set up with the inputs selected as the Battery outputs. I have drum cells outputting to the separate aux channels. In Battery I can select each cells output channel from the options of stereo channels of 1 & 2, 3 & 4, 5 & 6 etc up to 15 & 16. Then the options are mono channels from 17 to 32. This describes the options in the cell output channel flip down menu. I don't know how to set the output options to 32 mono channels. Another problem I have is I can't select any channels in Logics aux input field above 16. So at the moment I have 8 stereo channels set up in Logics auxes eg 1 & 2 etc up to 15 & 16. I would like to be able to use the other 16 channels. And be able to select all 32 channels in Logic either as 16 stereo channels or 32 mono channels. Also in Battery V1 I used to be able to audition new drums while the sequence was playing by opening the finder window and scrolling down the contents of say a snares folder with the up down arrow keys. Now I have to click with the mouse because the arrows keys don't scroll. And I think I could also use the apple + arrows key commands to navigate in and out of folders. Now I have to mouse around everything. Am I missing something. This is a step backwards in functionality and a step forwards to pissing me off, straining my eyes and promoting RSI. Thanks for any help Roman. Yahoo! Groups Links
