I know that there are ways to export midi files from stylus rmx, and that
you can use the full 8-track (multi) functionality of stylus rmx with logic.
But what I was wondering is this: is there any way to record the audio, not
the midi data, from the stylus rmx plugin? for example, while you are
tweaking the chaos designer in real-time? Stylus seems perfect for
performances, but not so easy to use for home productions (at least in
Logic)...
Thanks,

You could always route the audio out of a digital out and route bak in
through digital in...

Can´t you just record the chaos designer tweeking as midi and then
bounce it afterwards, that would give the same end result sonically. I
don´t really see the point of recording these data as audio except for
saving cpu though. I have often recorded midi messages (filters, wah-wah
etc) and it´s no problem at all but I´m not very familiar with
RMX..
