Hi This is a problem I'm not able to figure out. I've recorded a track. I want to drop in on let's say the last vers. I put a marker two bars in front of that vers and press play and when come to the drop-in point press R (my shortcut for record, set up in the keycommands). Now Logic jumps into record but no signal is recorded. Punch in on the fly is activated. When I locate to the marker and press R (record) right away, Logic will pre-roll 1 bar (defined in the song prefs) and come to the marker point it will jump into record and records the incomming signal. The only thing is I don't hear any sound from the recorded track during the pre-roll time. I realy don't get it!! Aynone can help? As soon as it is enabled the REC button will change to PUNCH.
