Subject: [LUG] Audiowerk 2 wandering sample rate
Message #204252
Anyone experience this? My Audiowerk 2 card has suddenly decided to wander between sample rates of about 39000 to 51000. This is under OS X 10.4.2, Logic 7.1.1. Any suggestions on any possible fixes would be welcome. I've tried adjusting things under Audio MIDI Setup but it doesn't seem to make any difference (sigh). Restarting the computer doesn't help it either.

Are you sure the digital clock is set to internal? George ________________________________________________________ www.utopiaparkwaymusic.com Mac AND PC: The only way to fly 8-}

Unfortunately, this option has been taken off the audio hardware and drivers page... I found it in Audio/ MIDI setup, which resides in the Utilities folder of your system. Clock source is the one - set it to internal. That *should* do it. Regards, Justin.

Make sure its clock is set to internal sync (not digital sync). If there is a reason you have it to digital sync, then check that external digital device's sample rate. f-erenc szabo, smarty pants Z+E+R+O+B+E+A+T "NOW POWERED BY THE MIRACLE OF THE TRANSISTOR!" <http://home.goodmedia.com/~zerobeat>
