The realtime-play latency is about 2 times the buffer size, so if your hardware's latency is maybe 46ms, the Realtime latency is maybe 92ms. Big problem when running large latency drivers, mostly MME, which are around 150-400ms which leads to 300-800ms realtime latency. But if Logic is playing back a sequence, there should be NO latency, because the signals can be precalculated!
