It was only the arrange window track that seemed to stop passing the notes to RMX. If I opened RMX and hit the play button on the track that was no longer triggering from the arrange window, the drum groove played fine. Obviously you can't do that with the EVB3, but it is possible with RMX. Thus I feel this is an issue or some weird bug with the arrange page and how it deals with passing notes to the VI's.
