Is Logic Express 7 compatible to Logic 4 songs? I've tried it on three different systems and Logic 7 Express crashed after a few mouse clicks. If it is not, will it be in future?

If you have it, try opening them in Logic 6.3.x and saving before opening them in 7.x

How about Logic 5 songs? I am about to install Logic 7 in OS10.3.8 where Logic 5 also lives. Does 7 overwrite 5 or can it still work?

I have to save every Logic 7 song in Logic 6.4.3, and then resave it as Logic 4.X in the export menu in 6.4.x. thanks for the hint. The problem is that a friend of mine owns Logic 4 and 7 Express. He is a professional composer and has to print a opera score. He likes to work with his new equipment (G5 & Logic Xpress). I'm afraid I've give him a bad adwise according Logic Express 7.
