Subject: ASCII translations for Key Commands
Message #185730
Can anyone point me to a conversion chart for the various ASCII codes? Many of my key commands were entered by Key Position in order to maximize available keys, but when they show up in the key commands window they become meaningless garble without a way to translate the numbers into something meaningful that you can see on a keyboard. Talk about a long-standing issue that even Studio Vision had dealt with years ago : ( -Dan

> Can anyone point me to a conversion chart for the various ASCII codes? Hello everyone, I've always wanted to do this for myself, and so many people were asking for it, I finally took the time to map a pic of a Mac extended keyboard with the corresponding Key Command 'Learn by position' numbers. If anyone has a list of other language or keyboard's numbers and wants to share it with me I can make more pictures! http://logicprohelp.com/keypositions.php My best, David Nahmani Logic Pro Help, http://LogicProHelp.com Apple Authorized Training Center Yahoo! If you need to read your key command window and have some of your key commands learned by position, the key command window will only show you a number. That picture allows you to quickly locate the corresponding key on your keyboard. David Nahmani Logic Pro Help, http://LogicProHelp.com Apple Authorized Training Center
