In protools when you name a region you have the option to change the actual
file name as
well. Is this possible in L7? I have not been able to figur it out yet.
Thanks. - Tim

Use the Audio Window to change the name of the actual
audio file on the hard drive. You can change the name
of regions here too. When you look at the Audio Window,
it becomes very obvious what is the name of the audio
file (BOLD text) and what are the region(s). Unlike
ProTools, the name of the audio file doesn't have to also
be a region itself.

You can change the original audio file name from the audio window.
Regions generated from an original audio file in the arranger window
are not physically in the hard drive, only in Logic song files. For
this reason you need to convert the regions into audio file first in
the Arranger window, then go to audio window and do the file names
change.
