Not really a major annoyance - but if you use a tool, then obvious that the
most previous tool used would be the one it should toggle between - without
being set. It seems to stick on the same tool anyway.

V - makes for move, M for marquee, E for eraser, B for Brush, X for exchange
front and back colors. Its actually pretty easy to toggle tools pretty fast
in
PS.
