Hi
the 01x doesnt write markers in logic. yamaha says it is a logic
problem. Can you write markerts in logic from a mackie control or
tascam?

Sure, or from LC Xmu. The note sequences for Mackie/Logic Control mode
are (all channel 1):
Create:
Note 84, vel 127 (marker button press)
Note 37, vel 127 (v-pot 6 press)
Note 37, vel 0 (v-pot 6 release)
Note 84, vel 0 (marker button release)
Create w/o rounding:
Note 84, vel 127 (marker button press)
Note 38, vel 127 (v-select 7 press)
Note 38, vel 0 (v-select 7 release)
Note 84, vel 0 (marker button release)
Delete:
Note 84, vel 127 (marker button press)
Note 39, vel 127 (v-select 8 press)
Note 39, vel 0 (v-select 8 release)
Note 84, vel 0 (marker button release)
Does the 01X do LC emulation or have they reinvented the wheel and
implemented their own protocol?
