import key commands to Logic 7 not working from Logic 6 OS9 prefs

I'm following the instructions for doing this as I have successfully
done with past versions of Logic, and it seems as if it should've
worked, because I receive this alert within Logic 7: [Your current
file "com.apple.logic.pro" has been renamed to
"com.apple.logic.bak"],
but those pesky key commands just don't get imported.

What up with that?
