I use vanguard a lot, and it is automate-able. However, there are a few slightly annoying things about it...I've been able to automate filter cutoff and resonance wihtout any trouble, but a few of the other paramters are automate-able but seem to vanish as automation curves if you drag the part anywhere. I tried automating some of the arpeggiator stuff, switching it form 1 to 2 octaves at one point in a track, but when I had to move it 4 bars to the left, the automation vanished. I don't know where the problem lies, exactly, though...and it seems ot only happen with aramters that aren't represented by knobs on the GUI. Things like filter, distortion, LFO depth, etc seem to work fine for me. I don't know what is or is not exposed as an automation parameter in the demo, though. _______________________________________________________ Eric Oehler / wonko@... / www.nulldevice.com Synthetic music for synthetic people.
