[If you're using GPO, of course you only need eight Audio Objects.]
Since posting this yesterday, I've had four emails from people asking
to explain it in greater detail.
So here are the steps. I'd suggest doing it in this order, because
you can easily get in a situation where changing one Audio Object
changes all the others along with it, and you don't want that.
1. Create a new Environment layer.
2. Create a new Audio Object and option-drag that object seven times
(15X if you were using Kontakt, since it's 16-part multitimbral) to
make copies of it.
3. Set the Cha to Instrument 1 (or whichever one you're using for the
Kontakt-family instrument).
4. Set each object's MIDI channel to the next successive number.
5. Insert the multi-timbral Kontakt/Kompakt/Kontakt Player instrument
on the first Audio Object.
6. Assign the instrument outputs in the sample player.
7. Use each object's Output to assign where you want it to be routed.
It's a good idea to name each one as well, since these names are what
will appear in the corresponding Arrange window tracks when you're
sequencing.
8. And Bob's your uncle.
