Subject: Logic control of Quicktime audio
Message #176292
Hi all, I was wondering if there is a way in Logic to have volume control of the audio from a Quicktime video if it is going out the firewire port to a TV monitor. When the video is in 'window' mode, we have the little fader available when the parameters are visible. I digitize the films that I work with using a Canopus ADVC-100 and Final Cut Express. Once captured I export the clip as a Quicktime DV/DVC Pro NTSC / 48k. A one hour documentary takes about 4 hours to export and this is on a DP2.0 G5. Is there something that I should be doing differently? Thanks! Judith Gruber-Stitzer film composer Montreal
