I apologize if this is too simple a question, but I cannot find an answer on the Apple Web site. If you get LogicXP with an eMac, say, can you hook up an external mic and use that to record vocals? Again, sorry if this is childishly simple, but I'm a simple man. Thanks --

Yes, you can definitely record audio in LogicExpress. Even GarageBand. You won't get great results with just the built in mic preamp and some "computer" mic. It's best to get an external sound i/o device.
