AFAIK the communication is done with IP protocols, so Logic actually
doesn't know the physical transport layer. AFAIK Panther comes with
drivers for IP over FireWire - so it might work. I doubt we have tested
this though...

Can I suggest that the next group buy is for a bunch of Gigabit
switches rather than software?
