there are universal encoders that plug into the save as of any audio app at the save as level, or you can dragg your sound files to them, Protools ASAI Know doesn't let you have sessions with MP3 in them and some one correct me if I am wrong, and I don't think a lot of people are interested in drum loops MP3 quality unless its going to be the next low-fi one day like 8-bit today...
