Subject: Exs/Controller question... Roland pc-r 180 Masterkeyboard to
Message #164494
Hi! I'm trying to Control and alter the amount of "Glide" with the data entry slider while playing my Roland - PC180 Masterkeyboard. Would be nice on for instance Minimoog patches, to get that "legato-and-quite-often-gliding-sound" we all have come to love of the Moog...Can that be done? How do i have to configure the source etc. settings on the exs? Best regards, Frank Valet Logic Pro 6.4.1, 800Mhz DP G4, Roland PC-R 180 Masterkeyboard

Figure out what kind of data the slider sends out (connect a Monitor object to the Physical Input's SUM outlet and move the slider). Then in the EXS's modulation matrix, set Src to match the slider's data and set Dest to glide. That should work (if I understood your question correctly). -- Hendrik Jan Veenstra h @ k n o w a r e . n l Omega Art: http://www.omega-art.com/
