Subject: Pro 6.4.1 - 'Insufficent access privileges: error code 5000' issues again!
Message #164334
Hi I'm getting this error when I try to work with any audio files in Logic Pro. I have tried fixing permissions, checking the material is 'read and write', resetting 'audio record path', and of course trashing and resetting preferences. I can't think of anything else to try! I have tried everything suggested by responses to the earlier question re this. Some inspirational ideas, please. Powerbook 1.25 G4 OSX 10.3.4 Logic Pro 6.4.1

I hope this helps, Nick

I've had this problem with audio from CDs and solved it by resetting the permissions AFTER copying the file to my drive and BEFORE importing the file into logic. regards David Young
