Hello, Has anyone used Drumkit from Hell 2 with Logic? There's supposedly a "standalone" sampler (some version of Kontact if I understand correctly). How does one use this within Logic? Any difference between Logic 5.5.0 and Logic 6.4.2? OS9 c.f. OSX (Panther)? Thanks for any experiences you're able to share. Cheers, Larry

OSX (Panther)? DFH 2 does indeed use a special version of Kontakt, which has the drum samples loaded and nothing else. (It's basically a sample playback module). It'll just run as an Audio Unit in Logic. No problem. You can also play it alone outside of Logic... I don't know if it runs in 5.5, but I'm sure it'll run in any 6.x Logic. Same code base. I use it standalone and inside Logic as an Audio Unit...Make sure you meet or exceed the system requirements, or your system will sputter and choke on using a sampler. GK
