Yes I have had the same thing. For me it seems to be a memory thing.
It seems to be more stable. Added more memory 450,000 total now. Plus I
have rebuilt my desktop and trashed the Logic preferences at the start
of every day. It seems to be calming down.

Me too, in OS X. Crashes on the hour, sometimes more frequently than an
hour. Did a Select All, Merge Objects Per Tracks in the Arrange page. Then,
hit the "Previous Bar" key several times and BOOM. Down she went.
Other
occasions were brought on under different circumstances. Very frustrating.
Logic Pro, "Sawtooth" dual 1.3GHz G4, 2GB RAM, Hammerfall Light,
latest
Panther.
