To see an example, download the Emagic Score Tutorial from Emagic's website - or rather the tutorial songs - , open tutorial song no. 7 (Mozart's G minor symphony, first movement) and take a look at bar 252 in the first violin part. However, this detail is not explained in the tutorial text - it would have been too much for that purpose...
