Hi,
I'm sure this question has been asked before. But if you are kind enough to
be
reading my question I will share a free instrument plugin with you that I
have found
to be a great one.
Crystal!
http://www.greenoak.com/crystal/
make sure to get the Tim C. banks! They are my favorite sounds.
I have found some free loops by searching the web, but would love to know
where
to get more good, free stuff (for Mac).
Thanks for your help,
Pete

I agree that Crystal sounds very impressive, but for some reason it
doesn't seem to want to retain the selected patch. It works while
its window is open, but reverts back as soon as you close it and hit
play. Any ideas??

I'd try http://www.kvr-vst.com/ and http://www.osxaudio.com/
for lists of plugs, both free and commercial.
