Digital Performer has a function where a sequence can be saved as a
"Chunk". The advantage to this is that the chunk can be moved
anywhere and still retain its tempo changes, meter changes, clear bar
designations, etc. In composing for film, one always encounters new cuts,
which demands that one insert time and/or re-clock to re-align everything.
When working in Logic, if you re-clock or insert time in Logic,
everything that exists which follows this area is garbled: notation, etc.
Assuming that you lock all of your sequences, they will still play
correctly,
but this is of no help for printing parts.
Does anyone know a solution in Logic that can make it work like
chunks do in Digital Performer?

Yes (sort of) - Lobby Emagic to incorporate this brilliant feature in the
next version of Logic. I personally asked Gerhard Lengling for this back
when Logic was Notator on the Atari, and he thought it was a great idea....
still waiting. For the record, I can't remember a version of Performer that
didn't have this feature.

My workaround is to create a Logic song for every cues, and create a
song i called Assembly where i import all my individual mixes to one
song.....from where i can build the whole show for approving session
and i'm gluing all cues in one cue for delivery to the posthouse..so
they just have one cue to align.

That would be a very handy feature, did you send it to emagic? I know I
will!

It's a feature request from me (and likely others) from 1993,
but it still needs to be wished for again and again.
