Hi,
I keep getting a pop up with this error:
"error while trying to synchronize audio and MIDI"
when I'm trying to use logic 6.4.1 and reaktor 4.1.1 (it even happens
sometimes when
I'm not using reaktor) It is happening on both my computers
1- G4 MDD 1.25 with protools mix 24 and a motu express xt midi interface.
2- Ti powerbook 867 w/ motu 896 and motu midi express xt.
Any ideas what this means or how to fix it?

It's usually an indicator that the sample rate you have Logic set to
doesn't match the current sample rate of the sound card.

It is not :o(
I have this problem too after 30 minutes playing of a 34 minutes song
G5 2x2 3.5 GB AMT 8, PCI 424 + 24i+2048MKII+1296, Stealth+Studio 4 + MTP II

I get the same issue. I'm using a pent. 1.6g w/ 512 gig ram. Is it
my sound card? I'm gonna try matching my sound card w/ sample rate.

Actually,
In my case I found out (after a couple days of troubleshooting) that it was
a conflict
between a firewire hard drive and my motu 896. I disconnected the FW drive
and the
problem vanised.

I'm gettin the same error, but it's coming from reaktor. Any reaktor
plugin causes it.
Any one else?
mac g4 mdd 1.25x2
osx 10.2.8
logic pro 6.4.1
Reaktor 4.1.1

Hi
I did more test yesterday with the same minutes midi file
If I play only midi instrument ; NO PROBLEM
If I play EXS instruments ; NO PROBLEM
If I play Kontakt instruments ; PROBLEM
So the culprit is Kontakt ;o(

I've never used Reaktor, but I get this error every now and then too,
for no apparent reason. I even get it sometimes when there are *no*
audio tracks!
