Well, simple thing, they just don't show up in the dialog box. You can automate some of them though by using the desired channel splitter as the recording object. Just move their parameters in record mode. Well, uhm, I just did that, looks a bit confusing... Hm, I will have a look about that (fortunately my 300A is too slow to ever use that much plugins).
